Wellness Program
The Wellness Program aims to provide employees and employers with a snapshot of the health and fitness of the workforce, as well as providing positive steps towards improving their physical and mental wellbeing.
By conducting individual health, fitness and lifestyle assessments, we aim to identify areas of potential improvement by instructing upon and reinforcing positive lifestyle changes.
The individual assessment consist of:
- Client Medical & Exercise History
- Comprehensive Lifestyle Analysis, with a focus on work/life balance
- Stress
- Sleep Patterns
- Nutrition
- Height & Weight
- Blood Pressure
- Resting Heart Rate
- Body Fat %
- Girth Measurements
- Bike Fitness Test
- Body Balance Assessment
- Diabetes Risk Assessment
- Pathology Tests (Glucose and Cholesterol Levels)
- Flu Vaccinations
On completion of the assessment participants are given a report as compared with the Australian norm and asked to identify one area of their life to which they would like to make positive improvement. Key recommendations toward making the appropriate healthy lifestyle choices are individually tailored to each member of staff to facilitate the achievement of this health and wellbeing goal. All results are kept in the strictest confidence.
The Wellness Program offers re-assessments at six and twelve weeks to track progress. This program can be tailored to suit your workforce needs.
The Executive Wellness Program is spread over three sessions and offers two Personal Training sessions in addition to the Wellness Program.
Body Balance Assessment
A flexibility assessment incorporating all major muscle groups of the body. Optimal joint range of motion is critical to enjoying an active life and to achieve the best results in an exercise program. Our assessment will show what areas of an individuals body are tight and need re-balancing, and which areas are overstretched and may be unstable.
From the assessment we are able to set a specific corrective stretching program.
