Following the completion of a Sports Science degree at Edith Cowan University Michael joined the successful team at Anderson's Health and Fitness. Michael has always had a passion for the Fitness industry but it wasn't until he was away travelling through Europe that he realised he wanted to pursue a career in it.

Throughout his life Michael has been involved in many sports including AFL, Rugby Union, Cricket, Tennis and Basketball. Michael attended Aquinas College where there is a high onus on competitive competition; here he played first XVIII football and first XI cricket. Since leaving school he has continued playing football for “A” Grade Amateur side Trinity Aquinas where he won the 2004 Fairest and Best and is now club captain.

Michael began to present health and wellbeing presentations when he identified a need in businesses to assist the wellbeing of their staff. The presentation includes advice on such topics as posture, becoming and staying active, sleep and nutrition. Michael has always thought that sports specific clients were his forte but as his client base expanded he believes he has the tools to provide the benefits to anyone willing to train. Michael's interests at present include boxing for fitness, training for Triathlons, expanding and maintaining his knowledge of Nutrition and providing the best, friendly service for his clients.
